Hegerich Immobilien sets the tone with new branch office in Munich
Hegerich Immobilien is one of the leading estate agent companies in Munich, Nuremberg and Fürth.
With its new branch office in Belgradstraße, the experienced estate agency is now also strengthening its team in the heart of Munich.
It was particularly important for Hegerich to stand out from the classic design of the competition when designing its new offices. We, the design and realisation office Gruschwitz GmbH from Munich, implemented this requirement with stylistic confidence and created several highlights in a cosy, modern atmosphere.
Even the view from the outside attracts attention: current home projects are presented in the large display windows in customised metal brochure holders. Decorative pendant lights provide pleasant illumination with an inviting ambience. Variable wooden louvre walls on the backs of the windows not only provide gentle privacy and sun protection, but also break through the view into the office, arousing curiosity and creating a pull effect on passers-by.
Current objects are shown inside on a screen that is mounted as if it were simply hanging on a single metal rail.
The overall design is characterised by natural materials and warm colours. The flooring is PVC flooring in a light wood look. The shelves, the conference table and the kitchen unit are visually matched with real wood veneer. The rest of the furniture is restrained and modern in black, white and a warm grey. High-quality track spotlights and task lights were used for the lighting.
A niche in a strong blue-green colour creates a clear contrast and serves as an eye-catcher in the room. The accent colour is based on the company logo. A small seating area adjoins the alcove. This is designed with atmospheric lighting and wooden slats as a cosy area for waiting customers and employees. The WC has been integrated into an unusual wall cabinet and is visually concealed by its panelling with blue perforated sheeting.

With the design of its new branch office in Munich-Schwabing, Hegerich Immobilien has succeeded in creating an eye-catcher that skilfully sets the tone in the otherwise rather classic-looking world of estate agents' offices.
