Restaurant "Brothers" shines with a new star in Munich's Kurfürstenstraße
With their new restaurant "Brothers" in Munich's Kurfürstenstraße, the twin brothers Markus and Tobias Klaas, experienced star chefs and sommeliers, are bringing a breath of fresh air to the world of exquisite gastronomy.
Head chef Daniel Bodamer, who has previously demonstrated his skills at top addresses such as Tantris, is responsible for the perfect realisation. Success is not long in coming: "Brothers" was recently awarded its own Michelin star, with the luxury restaurant guide emphasising the special atmosphere as "relaxed, casual and chic-urban". Personal design elements such as a circular mirror with a quote from a song by the band "The Strokes" or a record cover by their band "The Fillies" also lend the interior a familiar touch.
Together with the marketing agency Deutsche & Japaner GbR, Gruschwitz GmbH created the concept idea "shades of green and a little pink" The colour scheme extends from the online presence to the menus and the interior design. The ambience in the small dining room is calm, bright, cosy and inviting. The finely coordinated shades of green are reflected in the wall colour, the tiles, the upholstery fabrics and the plants.
The 35 guest seats, furnished with wide, comfortable chairs and an all-round bench, are arranged to the left and right of the entrance. There is a high table and a bar counter in the centre of the room, which provides a good view of the kitchen. There should always be a connection to the guest.
The "Brothers" invites gourmets and wine lovers to enjoy internationally interpreted haute cuisine in a sexy and lively ambience, making it a very special and unmistakable star in the fine dining sky.
